Kathryn – Sidebar Form Definition in Gravity Forms

To set the sidebar form to look like our demo, perform the following in Gravity Forms:

On the right side of the screen choose -> Advanced Fields

Click  Name & Email to add to form

Edit Name Field:

                  Edit Format -> Choose:  Simple

                  Under Advanced Tab

                                    – Field Size -> Select:  Large

                                    – Input Default Value (Ex. Name)

                                    – Input CSS Class Name “clearit”

Edit Email Field:

                  Under Advanced Tab

                                    – Field Size -> Select:  Large

                                    – Input Default Value (Ex. Email)

                                    – Input CSS Class Name “clearit”
