- If you can’t find the support document to answer your specific theme setup question we’ll start by helping you find it.
- If you’ve found the right document but you don’t understand it, we’re sorry! We try to make things simple and concise, but we understand that sometimes it is not. Please include a link to the specific document so we know exactly where you’re stuck.
Finally, please kindly understand that our support team is here to help answer questions pertaining to installing and setting up any 9seeds theme to match the demo site for that theme. We do not answer questions about using WordPress itself or plugins (ex. WooCommerce, LearnDash, etc.).
If you need customizations beyond theme setup assistance, such as design or functional customizations to a theme these sorts of modifications are not theme support and you will be referred to our paid support options.
