James has a Footer Call to Action widget area that will show on all interior pages (i.e. on all but your website’s home page).
To configure this, to go your Appearance –> Widgets widget area and drag your desired widget from the left side to the Footer Call to Action widget area on the right side. You may use whatever widget you like in this widget area.
