Hans is a WordPress real estate theme for the Genesis Framework. The theme is ideal for businesses who would like to use WordPress to showcase their real estate listings. This flexible business theme comes in a variety of color options to give you a professional website that matches your brand and corporate real estate image. The business theme is functionally robust, SEO friendly, and easy to use.
Hans was inspired by StudioPress’ AgentPress theme. AgentPress is a great theme designed for real estate agents and home builders. Our version offers the same great functionality, but provides a different look and feel. Similar to AgentPress, Hans is designed support the AgentPress Listings plugin developed by the StudioPress team, as well as Simple Real Estate Pack. IDX plugins can also be added, although each IDX plugin is different, so slight CSS changes may be needed.
Genesis Framework
Genesis is considered the benchmark framework for WordPress. Over the years StudioPress has supported over 160,000 users, so you know they deliver a WordPress framework that is superior to others on the market. Out of the box the Genesis framework offers WordPress themes that are widget ready, includes theme options, advanced commenting features, ready for advertising, and supports featured posts and pages. We just took that functionality and make it better, by offering a premium WordPress theme that takes advantage of all StudioPress and Genesis has to offer.

We purchased the Hans theme last year. Echelon Homes is production builder in Michigan. We were looking for a theme that would allow our potential clients to search our different homes throughout the website. This theme is perfect. You can search by price, community, city, square footage, all from the home page, as well as from the traditional community pages.
I am also not an expert at updating pages myself, but Hans makes that very user friendly. 9seeds has been wonderful to work with as well. Rebecca is very prompt at getting back to us regarding any questions, always willing to help, and very informative.
